Hospice Celebrates Moments in Life
The National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization recently launched the Moments in Life Campaign to dispel some of the myths that keep people from taking advantage of all that hospice has to offer. The Moments in Life Campaign celebrates the moments that hospice helps to create for patients and families. This year, CareFirst staff have helped patients earn their GED, make connections with estranged family members, travel to desired destinations and remain comfortably in their homes surrounded by the people who matter most to them. Vist the NHPCO website for more information about the campain and to view the Moments in Life video.
