The Hospice CAHPS® Honors Award is a prestigious annual recognition that celebrates hospices delivering excellent care experiences as reported by patients’ families and caregivers.
It is based on results from the Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, a nationally standardized survey of caregiver experiences with hospice care. Agencies awarded Hospice Honors are among the top performers nationally on key measures of
communication, support, respect, and overall care experience.
